Once the initial deposit of €3000 is paid, the following payment schedule applies:
6 months prior to the wedding 50% of your balance is due
3 months prior to the wedding 75% of your balance is due
2 weeks prior to the wedding 100% of your balance is due. This payment will include full guest count, any bedrooms you have added to your bill, and any extra costs you have added to your wedding.
The outstanding balance is due 2 weeks before your wedding.
Yes, we’re happy to offer flexible payment options, and you may make payments at any time leading up to your wedding. Your coordinator will provide a receipt once funds have been received into the hotel’s account.

We completely understand that sometimes last-minute changes can happen. Once your final guest numbers are confirmed 14 days before your wedding, these are the numbers we prepare and cater for, and they become the minimum number charged.
If any guests are unable to attend after this point, they will still be included in the final balance, as everything will have already been organised in advance for your day.
